HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS?

All products are made to order. This means that your product will be uniquely tailored, just for you! 
Because of this, we ask for 3 days to create your products, and a shipping time of 3-5 business days. 
However, I cannot guarantee these time frames.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is for the United States is a flat rate of $3.95
We currently do not ship internationally, but it is in progress.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

We do offer customized orders. Please visit the custom order section to complete your request.

WHY IS MY BRASS CHARM TARNISHING?


Please keep in mind that brass naturally oxidizes with exposure to oxygen. We provide polishing cloths with orders that contain brass so you can keep your pieces shining like new! For more tips on caring for brass click here1.

MY ORDER ARRIVED BROKEN, NOW WHAT?


In the rare case that this happens, please fill out a contact form with. Once we review the case, we will either replace your jewelry issue a refund.

MY EARRINGS ARE IRRITATING MY EARS.


We are sorry if this occurs, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for this. Though we source hypoallergenic, stainless steel or brass metals, we cannot guarantee every experience will be the same for each individual.
